THE INKLESS + PAPERLESS PRINTER

Sanwa Newtec - ThePrePeat RP-3100

There is no ink in the printer, instead it uses a "line thermal head." The printer uses special paper made from PET plastic that's reusable. Once you have written on a sheet, you can simply place it back in the printer where it cleaned and then can be used to print again. This process can be repeated up to 1000 times saving "5.7kg of C02 for the environment."

Printer Cost: $5,600
PET plastic sheet cost: $3.35
