Another Offshore Oil Rig Exploded Today, So Did an Oil Company's Stock

Again, an oil rig has exploded in the Gulf of Mexico, highlighting the fact that maybe taking oil from the Earth is not the best idea.

 

The photo's above show exactly where the second oil rig disaster occurred, just 80 miles from the coast of Louisiana.

A second explosion occurred today. The Mariner Energy stock plummeted as soon as the country got wind of this oil disaster.
